We’re back with another GlassHive updates video. This month’s video discusses the 3 new PSA integrations GlassHive now offers, our open API, and our newest feature to help sales: Sales Pipeline! Now, let’s buzz into it!
New Features
Partner users can leverage the Kaseya BMS integration
Partners can now leverage the HaloPSA integration
Partners can now leverage the Syncro integration
All accounts now have access to the API
Users now have a new sales pipeline view for opportunities

Updated the vertical dropdown UI across the platform
Updated the user-assigned dropdown UI across the platform
Added order and probability to Opportunity Stages

Removed Campaign Monitor Integration (unused and outdated)

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where the studio preview branding was not showing logos
[Document Builder] Fixed issue with background color not displaying correctly
Fixed a bug with the Sales Team Activity report where selecting a salesperson too quickly wouldn’t load correctly
Fixed a bug where multiple Syncro buttons showed up on the Company Details page
