January 2026 Updates ✨

We're kicking off the year strong with a ton of updates for you, from expanding core capabilities to enhancing overall user experience and app functionality. As always, our focus is to inform you of what has been released this month, along with all the bug fixes in the system.



Magical Feature Releases & Improvements


This month's release introduces powerful feature releases across the platform. VoIP outbound calling is now available, allowing users to place calls directly from contacts, automatically add those calls as activities, and edit call details with ease.




Marketing Plans received meaningful attention, including signature selection during plan creation, capabilities for Magic Links which will reduce the headache of manually finding & linking assets in a marketing plan, and more flexible quick filters for faster navigation.


We also improved MDF and funds management with new filters, tabs, and export details, expanded Sales Team Activity Reporting to support custom activities, and enhanced integrations such for Microsoft 365 and Email Authentication (DMARC), and updates to onboarding, privacy, terminology, and roles were made to create a clearer, more consistent experience overall.




At the end of the day, it's about making a better experience for our users. We cleaned up backend error handling, improved system health monitoring, and dug into overall platform stability, and are working on even more upgrades to make your daily workflows run smoother.



Release Notes


VoIP
  • VoIP outbound calling is now available. VoIP calls directly from contact cards.

  • VoIP activity logs are now visible in additional areas for improved visibility.

Marketing
  • Marketing Plans: Users can now choose an email signature during the marketing plan creation process.

  • Marketing Plans: Added magic link indicators (lightening bolt icon) to partner and vendor marketing plan tables for easier identification.

  • Marketing Plans: Improved support for magic link resources when adopting marketing plan templates via the widget.

  • Social Media Marketing: Added an "Unscheduled" option for scheduled social marketing actions for better flexibility.

MDF
  • Updated the terminology from “Pre-allocated Funds” to “Remaining Pre-allocated” for clearer financial context.

  • Introduced Active and Expired tabs on the Pre-allocated Funds board.

  • Added an Expiration Status column to Pre-allocated Funds CSV exports.

Reporting & Analytics
  • The Sales Team Activity Report now includes custom activities in reporting.

  • The Sales Team Activity Report exports now generate multiple tabs—one per activity type.

Onboarding, Set-Up, & Navigation
  • Onboarding Experience: Updated the Training link to route users to the correct resources based on vendor or client role.

  • Onboarding Experience: The welcome title and text are now clickable and link directly to the partner onboarding flow.

  • Email Authentication: DMARC and DMARC Status columns have been consolidated for clarity.

  • Email Authentication: (DMARC) now includes a validation button for faster verification.


Privacy, Compliance, & Permissions
  • Privacy & Compliance: Added a cookie consent banner to improve transparency and compliance.

  • Invites & Compliance: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy acceptance is now required when accepting an invite.

  • Roles & Permissions: Updated role descriptions and terminology for improved clarity:

    • Renamed Funds Approver to Funds Payer

    • Updated Vendor Account Manager role description

User Experience & Interface
  • Salesperson filter now only displays active salespeople.

  • Added the ability to generate vendor splash pages using data.

System Health & Stability
  • Improved overall application stability and performance.

  • Enhanced backend error handling to increase reliability and resilience.

  • Improved system health checks to better detect and prevent availability issues.


Bug Fixes


Onboarding, Set-Up, & Navigation
  • Email Authentication: Fixed an issue where verified DMARC records were incorrectly shown as unverified.

  • Notifications: Fixed an issue where unsubscribe notifications appeared in alerts but were not reflected in the contact profile.

Privacy, Compliance, & Permissions
  • Privacy & Tracking: Fixed an issue where quick-add buttons did not work if tracking cookies were declined.

Tables, Contacts, & Files
  • Tables: Fixed issues with table pagination after adding or removing items from tables.

  • Contacts: Fixed incorrect timestamps shown for recently interacted files on contact records.

  • Contacts: Fixed errors that could occur when bulk deleting contacts.

  • Contacts: Corrected exported contacts not displaying associated company names.

  • Files: Fixed an issue where vendor files were not loading properly.

  • Files: Updated terminology from “Collateral” to “File” for clearer labeling


Journeys
  • Fixed an issue where Journey clicks did not display the clicked links.


Integrations
  • ConnectWise Integration: Resolved an issue where ConnectWise billing cycles were not updating correctly.

  • AutoTask Integration: Fixed issues with the company type dropdown not displaying correctly.

Marketing & Builders
  • Marketing Plans: Fixed an issue preventing users from editing the second email in a marketing plan.

  • Marketing Plans: Resolved an issue where signatures were not added to non-graphical marketing plan emails.

  • Marketing Plans: Fixed an issue with marketing plans where users could not select a start date in calendar view.

  • Campaign Builder: Fixed an issue where branding colors did not appear in the campaign builder color picker.

  • Magic-Links: Resolved issues with magic link resources not being created or published correctly.

VoIP
  • Fixed an issue where VoIP displayed the same number for both “to” and “from” fields.

  • Resolved an issue where VoIP call outcomes were not saved correctly.

  • Improved VoIP stability when entering user phone numbers (presentation issue).
